The pandemic has also brought about an increase in levels of stress, among some, new, unprecedented levels. It is our hope that we never have to go through it again, however, in truth we do not know what is around the corner. We can, however, be better equipped to deal with the stress that effects the mind and body.

The programme offered is designed to stop your fight or flight response and to train your mind and body to remain calm in the face of a stressor.

How long can I expect it to take?

This depends upon the severity of your stress. Our clients usually feel much better after their first session but for most, we suggest at least 4 sessions. This is so that we can work at a deeper level. It also allows for time to provide you with the tools needed to prevent a re-occurrence, should you encounter a stressful event in the future. The idea is to have you in the driving seat of your own life by arming you with the necessary tools and techniques.
