The pandemic has also brought about an increase in levels of stress, among some, new, unprecedented levels. It is our hope that we never have to go through it again, however, in truth we do not know what is around the corner. We can, however, be better equipped to deal with the stress that effects the mind and body.
The programme offered is designed to stop your fight or flight response and to train your mind and body to remain calm in the face of a stressor.
