The mental strain and anxiety as a by-product of this pandemic has reached an unsurmountable level. The good news is that it is possible to reverse these feelings of anxiety, stress and distress in a relatively time-effective manner depending on the extent of the symptoms.

How long can I expect it to take?

This depends upon the severity of your anxiety or stress.  Our clients usually feel much better after their first session but for most, we suggest at least 4 sessions. This is so that we can work at a deeper level. It also allows for time to provide you with the tools needed to prevent a re-occurrence, should you encounter a stressful event in the future. The idea is to have you in the driving seat of your own life by arming you with the necessary tools and techniques.
