Anxiety comes in many forms and whether you are suffering from mild anxiety or anxiety that feels debilitating. In many cases the feeling is compounded; you feel anxious about your anxiety, but there is proven evidence that Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy helps with these conditions.

How long can I expect it to take?

Minimum of 4 sessions (possibly less, depending on severity) This depends on the severity of your anxiety. Clients usually experience improvement after their first session, however, for most, we suggest at least 4 sessions.  This allows us to give you the tools needed to prevent re-occurrence and leave you with the necessary skills.
