The focus is to change behaviour through changing thought patterns, beliefs, assumptions or judgements using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Hypnosis. This combined approach, increases the impact of the therapy while leaving you to feel good about your new thought patterns and the ability to let go of negative thoughts, beliefs or feelings that may hold you back.

For instance, if you experience anxiety in social settings, we work with you to identify a range of factors that influence your thoughts and behaviour about these events and most importantly, explore and replace these with positive approaches of behaviour and thoughts. While doing so, Hypnosis is helping cement new, positive ways of thinking and behaving.
