Amit Jobanputra

Hello! I’m Amit, a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, Meditation Teacher and Mindfulness Coach who is passionate about helping you achieve the life you want and to assist you in overcoming any obstacles in your life that hinder your progress. This can range from anxiety to phobias to insomnia to IBS and many more challenges.  I am particularly interested in  fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, pain management, stress management and smoking cessation.

I take great pride in making positive, lasting changes to your life.

I do this currently online via zoom, to my clients in the U.K and overseas and at therapy rooms located in Highgate, North London.

I wasn’t aware of hypnotherapy before Amit introduced me to it, with only tangentially hearing about it through movies/ TV shows. I found it very calming, and not like what’s been portrayed on TV. It’s helped me centre myself and focus on cultivating more patience in situations where I would ordinarily have been short or curt. Amit has a very calming voice!
