In the fast-paced world we live, we encounter stressful situations from our journey to work, to that office meeting or having a disagreement with a partner. Let’s face it, stress becomes part of life, however, we can choose to manage and cope with it better. At shaanti wellness we will train you with evidence based techniques which will enable you to handle life in the 21st century using a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Hypnosis and our Skilled Relaxation Protocol (SRP). The programme is designed to stop your fight or flight response and to train your mind and body to stay calm in the face of the stressor. How long can I expect it to take?

Minimum of 4 sessions (possibly less, depending on severity) This depends on the severity of stress. Clients usually experience improvement after their first session, however, for most, we suggest at least 4 sessions.  This allows us to give you the tools needed to prevent re-occurrence and leave you with the necessary skills so that when you experience stressful situations you can bring your mind and body into a state of calm.
